## A dated report on one establishment

For the purchase of a bar or restaurant, a lease, a loan or an insurance file: one establishment's license and reported receipts, compiled and dated as a PDF.

### How to order

2. Click **Dated license and receipts report**: the form below fills itself in. You can also type the
name and address here.
3. We compile the report by hand and send it to you as a PDF by e-mail, with a card payment link for $19.
You pay after you have the report.

### A dated report on this entity

The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the **compilation work** — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.

#### What the report contains

- the license: type, status, original issue, current issue and expiration dates, subordinate permits
- the mixed beverage receipts the establishment reported, month by month since 2007, with yearly totals
- the owner's other licenses, with their status
- **what was not found**, written down: the files checked and the empty results
- the exact citation: TABC and Comptroller files and their date

#### What the report is NOT

It is not a document of the TABC or of the Comptroller, not an audit of the establishment's sales and not legal advice. Receipts are what the holder reported; a license without receipts is not proof of no sales.

This is an order form. The request reaches us and we confirm it by e-mail before any payment. Nothing is charged at this stage.
